Terms of Service

By accessing or using Zgrey ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency exchange services in your jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must complete KYC verification to access trading features.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

3. P2P Trading

• Zgrey provides a platform for peer-to-peer cryptocurrency trades. We are not a party to trades between users.
• Crypto is held in escrow during an active trade and released only upon confirmed payment.
• You are solely responsible for verifying payment before releasing escrowed crypto.
• Disputes are reviewed by Zgrey admin. Admin decisions on disputes are final.
• Zgrey reserves the right to freeze funds involved in suspected fraud pending investigation.

4. Fees

Current fee schedules are displayed in the app. We reserve the right to modify fees with 7 days' notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to:

• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Circumvent KYC/AML requirements.
• Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading.
• Use automated bots or scripts without written permission.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

6. Virtual Card

The Zgrey virtual card is issued subject to approval. Card balances are denominated in USDT. Zgrey is not responsible for merchant acceptance or third-party payment processor decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zgrey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of funds due to user error, market volatility, or third-party failures.

8. Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account by contacting support, subject to completion of any pending trades.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, or in competent courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
